  • Secured victory in a precedent setting case before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on August 1, 2012, by reversing multiple high value money laundering charges for a white-collar executive in a rare federal gambling case tried to a jury verdict in 2010.

  • Successfully wrote the severance motion for a top executive that split apart one of the largest fraud cases tried in American history, involving over $7 billion in funds spanning across 113 countries.
